International Deliveries

We are delighted to offer our customers worldwide shipping, with no charge for orders exceeding NZD250. Our international shipments are handled by NZ Post, and although delivery times may vary depending on local markets, we make every effort to complete all shipments within 10-15 working days. It’s important to note that parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. In some countries, delivery is limited to International Air service due to country restrictions, which is a non-tracked service. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in allowing up to 20 working days for delivery under such circumstances.

Import Duties & Taxes (for international deliveries)

At Random Ltd, we want our customers to have a worry-free shopping experience, which is why we would like to remind of the possibility of import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may apply when importing goods into your country which would need to be taken care of by the byer. We also kindly remind our customers to check the regulations of your country to ensure that there are no restrictions or prohibitions on the items you order. Although we are unable to refund or replace any items confiscated by your country’s customs or regulatory body, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise. If there are any concerns or questions related to importing our products into your country, please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to placing an order.

New Zealand Deliveries

For deliveries within New Zealand, we utilize a tracked courier service via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. It’s important to note that parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods, or Private Bags. Please be advised that we reserve the right to change the method of delivery without notice. We also offer free shipping nationwide.

Risk & Responsibility

We pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers and their satisfaction with our service. Although we cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery once your order has shipped, we provide a unique courier tracking ID or reference number, which allows you to keep an eye on your parcel’s progress. In the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered or is lost in transit, we offer a flexible replace or refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
